1. Para describirnos en forma general usamos el verbo “TO BE” (I am, you are, he is, she is, it is, we are, they are) con vocabulario como el siguiente:
Tall, small, overweight, fat, slim, young, old, beautiful (solo para mujeres), pretty (para mujeres y bebés), handsome, good looking (para mombres), y otros muchos que en español hacen referencia a lo que somos.
Ejemplo:
I am tall, fat and young. I am beautiful, very beautiful. I can say that I am a beautiful woman. My sister is short, slim and young. She is a young person.
Shy, quiet, lively, active, easygoing, outgoing, nice, friendly, funny, happy, annoying, sad,
talkative, aggressive, a pain in the head, a little chatter box y muchos otros términos relacionados con carácter.
Ejemplo:
I am shy, active and friendly. My mother is talkative, funny and active. She is an outgoing woman.
3.
Para describir aspectos particulares del cuerpo uso el verbo “TO HAVE”
(I have, you have, he has, she has, it has, we have, they have) con
vocabulario como el siguiente:
Small
eyes, big eyes, blue eyes, green eyes, grey eyes, brown eyes, freckles,
a beard, a full beard, a moustache, a stubbly beard, blond hair, red
hair, brown hair, black hair, dyed hair, blond highlights, short hair,
long hair, straight hair, curly hair, curls, hard hair, a square face, a
round face, a triangular face, an oval face, a big nose, a small nose, a
long nose, a flat nose, a fine nose, big ears, small ears
Ejemplo:

have small eyes but my brother has big eyes. I have curly hair but my
mother has straight hair. I have a round face but my mother has oval
face. My mother and I are physically different.
3.
persona usa en forma continua usamos “TO WEAR” (I wear, you wear, he
wears, she wears, we wear, they wear) y para lo que alguien está usando
transitoriamente usamos “TO BE WEARING” (I am wearing, wearing, you are wearing, he is wearing, she is wearing, it is wearing, we are wearing, they are wearing).
Glasses,
contact lenses, earrings, a necklace, a wristband, a bracelet, a cap, a
red scarf, a tie, T-shirt, trousers, suit, shoes, sneakers, boots,
sandals, hat, ring, watch, shorts, blouse, sun glasses, underwear,
shirt, jacket, jeans, sweater, skirt, mini skirt, socks.
Ejemplo:
Sara
is wearing some beautiful pair of sun glasses. She is wearing, a pink
bath suit and a pair of green sandals. She usually wears contact lenses
but today she is enjoying her new sunglasses. She is on the beach but I
am at home. I am wearing shorts and sandals.
NOTA: También podemos usar los adjetivos posesivos (my, your, his, her, its, our, your, their) para describir.
Ejemplo: Sus manos son grandes (Her eyes are big and elegant)
